Q.  How do I purchase a product online?
A.  To learn more about a product, click on its image and you will find a complete description.  Want to purchase the product? Select, "Add to Cart", and we will guide you from there.  Once you have completed our simple online order form, provide shipping and billing information and a credit card number, we will confirm your order via email.  You can backout at anytime until you actually authorize the final payment function.
You DO NOT have to be a Paypal member to order online, there is a choice for Credit Card or PayPal.

                                                                                                                                                                                       

Q.  What forms of payment may I use?
A.  We accept Paypal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.     We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks.  We will not ship your order until your personal check clears the bank.

                                                                                                                                                                                        

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. Yes. Our security system prevents unauthorized access to confidential information whether you are online or off-line. We use state-of-the-art software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information automatically while they are in transit over the internet, preventing a third party from viewing the information. Q.  May I order off-line?
A.  For the present we are only able to process your orders from our Secure website

Q. How are products shipped?
A. We ship via FEDEX.  Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad.  For expedited delivery please contact us for special shipping price

                                                                                                                                                                            

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Ship  Continental  USA Only Shipping Free through the Covid 19 crisis.  Please contact us for Alaska, Canada, Hawaii special shipping charges.

                                                                                                                                                                                         

Q. How do you calculate shipping?  What will it cost?
A. Shipping is Free in Continental USA through the Covid 19 crises ( there may be exceptions with large shipments).                                                                                                                                                                                     

Q. Will sales tax be added to my order?

Q.  Can I return my order?
A. Return may be made with 14 days of purchase for store credit only. All return/exchange must be accompanied by a store receipt. Gift returns and exchanges are   permittable with a valid gift receipt within 14 days of issue.

                                                                                                                                                                                       

Q.  What are your order requirements?
A.  There is no minimum order.  Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice.  All items not in stock at time of shipment will be back ordered.  Back orders will be shipped when available unless otherwise specified by buyer. Please contact us for special pricing on large orders!
